Expansion. 14,000 SF expansion and renovation of a historic
landmark. Project included LEED program certification, geothermal
heating and cooling and environmental controls capable of maintaining precise
temperature and humidity levels

Hartford, CT. Renovation of existing structures and construction of
three new buildings. Facility functions include training, medical
processing, vehicle maintenance, equipment storage and administration.
$6 Million Bradley Airport Terminal Expansion and
Concourse C Construction, General Trades. Management of general trades
work including selective demolition, fireproofing, doors, millwork and
specialty items.
$1.5 Million Pratt Whitney Secured Coatings Facility,
East Hartford, CT. Adaptive reuse construction of a 30,000 square ft.
area for defense industry aviation coatings.
$4 Million Home Depot, Wallingford, CT. 135,000

$12 Million Travelers Insurance Field Office, Hartford,
CT. 180,000 square ft. data center to office building adaptive
reuse, fast track project. Planned, bought out and managed the interior
