$6.2 Million LA Fitness Center, Springfield, MA.  The 80,000 SF facility is an expansion and adaptive reuse of the former Basketball Hall of Fame building.  Major features include a swim pool and spa, basketball court, day care area, aerobics and spinning rooms, as well as typical gym free weight and treadmill workout areas. 

 

$4.7 Million Yale University Lewis Walpole Library Expansion.  14,000 SF expansion and renovation of a historic landmark.  Project included LEED program certification, geothermal heating and cooling and environmental controls capable of maintaining precise temperature and humidity levels

 

$7 Million Boehringer Ingelheim Child Care Facility.  Construction of a new 20,000 SF day care facility.

 

$17.2 Million Eastern Connecticut State University Student Center Expansion and Renovation. 

 

$6.5 Million Design/Build Factory Conversion, Eppendorf Manufacturing, Inc.  Design and construction of a 52,000 SF injection mold plastics facility for a medical research product manufacturer.  Work included a 18,000 SF clean room.

 

$11 Million Navy Sub Base Building 83 Renovations.  Complete renovation of a 150,000 SF administration building originally constructed in 1934.  Project scope includes extensive hazardous abatement, window replacement, exterior façade restoration, removal and replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems and replacement of all finishes.  All work is done while the building is occupied.

 

$16 Million Berry-Rosenblatt Army Reserve Center, West Hartford, CT.  Renovation of existing structures and construction of three new buildings.  Facility functions include training, medical processing, vehicle maintenance, equipment storage and administration.

 

$6 Million Bradley Airport Terminal Expansion and Concourse C Construction, General Trades.  Management of general trades work including selective demolition, fireproofing, doors, millwork and specialty items.  

 

$1.5 Million Pratt Whitney Secured Coatings Facility, East Hartford, CT.  Adaptive reuse construction of a 30,000 square ft. area for defense industry aviation coatings.

 

$4 Million Home Depot, Wallingford, CT.  135,000 square ft. retail facility constructed in six months.

 

$12 Million Travelers Insurance Field Office, Hartford, CT.   180,000 square ft. data center to office building adaptive reuse, fast track project.  Planned, bought out and managed the interior demolition and construction while the project was undergoing an extensive hazardous abatement and total re-roofing program.

 

$178 Million NYC Dept. of Design and Construction School Rehab Program.  Cost reporting system for façade repairs, window replacement and roof replacement at seventy seven schools.

 

$50 Million Osborn Retirement Community, program management.  Historic renovation of 200,000 SF of buildings constructed from 1905 to 1934.  Construction of seventeen new buildings which range from wood frame townhouses to four story apartment buildings and skilled nursing facilities.

 

$25 Million Columbia University Summer Construction Program, logistics and time management services.  Renovation of gymnasium and classroom space, installation of a campus wide chilled water system.

 

$45 million Ninth Square Project, construction management.  Historic renovation of eight buildings and construction of six new structures including two parking garages, three apartment buildings and one office building.
